HeatherJONESPeacefully on Tuesday 2nd September at Glangwili Hospital, Heather of 16 Hafod Elfed Carmarthen, beloved wife of Eric, much loved sister of Brian and Haydn, respected sister-in-law, also a much loved auntie.
Heather will be sadly missed by all her family and many friends.
Public funeral services on Saturday 27th September at Royal Oak Chapel of Rest Old St Clears Road Johnstown Carmarthen at 10-00am, followed by Cremation at Parc Gwyn Crematorium Narberth at 11-30am.
Family flowers only please, but if desired donations in lieu to Steffan Ward cheques made payable to League of Friends Glangwili Hospital
